What type of leather do you use?
All our wallets are made from 100% genuine full-grain cowhide. We use Nappa leather, Crazy Horse leather, or Bernish types according to the model specification. They’re soft, hold up well over time, and the surface naturally deepens in color and texture the more you use it.
Are your wallets handmade?
Yes. Every wallet is hand-stitched from start to finish. That’s what gives each one its durability. Hand stitching holds under real daily use in a way machine stitching often doesn’t.
Do you ship across Egypt?
We ship everywhere in Egypt.
What is your return policy?
You have 7 days from when you receive your order to return it. The wallet needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
Can I exchange my wallet for a different one?
Yes, you can return your wallet for a different one as long as it’s within 7 days of purchase and the original wallet is unused and in its original packaging.
Will my leather wallet change over time?
It will change subtly. Real natural leather builds a patina as you use it — the color gets richer, the surface starts to look different in a way that’s specific to how you carry it.
How do I take care of my wallet?
Keep it away from water and direct sun for long stretches. Every few months, condition it with a leather balm — it keeps the leather from drying out and cracking.
